HELP US HELP THEM!
We are raising monies to help new wildlife rehabilitators to get a head start with supplies. Wildlife rehabilitation can be expensive. Wild infants need formula and medical care. They also need housing and that can be pricey!
Midwest Cages are donated to individuals and non-profits per an
application process and based on available funding at Fox Run EEC.
Please see the requirements below.
Wildlife Rehabilitator Enclosure
Midwest Cage with a value of @330.00. Great for small mammals such as juvenile squirrels or opossums.
Wildlife Rehabilitation
These cages are fabulous for juvenile small mammals such as squirrels and opossums. They work well as grow-out and pre-release enclosures. Young animals need room to move, climb, and hide. These cages can also be placed outside to give the youngster time to adapt to natural temperature, smells and sounds.
Smaller, easy to ship items, such as food and medical supplies are often donated to rehabbers via their Wishlist or on social media. It can be harder for them to get bigger donations such as housing. That’s why we choose to fund an enclosure.
Our goal is to encourage and help newer rehabilitators get started.
